Want to change careers to become a trader or broker?

I work in IT for 5 1 / 2 years and I have 27 years of age. I want to change my career to be a trader or broker action. Can someone please tell me what kind of things I have to do for me to get a job in your field? Unless have business experience, how they were hired by investment companies?

This is the kind of questions you get different answers 1000, 1000 different connections. The stocks I trade from home (yes, really), using a program called "Marl" … is a stock trading robot (yes, really .. do not laugh).
