BANI: 12:01 announced by parties, what does this mean?
Banneker Inc. announced the approval of a subdivision of shares in a proportion from 12:01 on 2 February 2009 and since then has experienced a 300% increase of $ 0.15 to 0.46 dollars. I'm new to trading and have been watching the stocks and like trying to learn the stock market over the past six months, what exactly do the divisions? It is effective February 6, 2009. So if I invest in it now, I'll get 12 times the amount purchased on day 6 and its value is reduced by 1200%? Is there anyone who can give me a 2 minute lesson on "The division Stock for Dummies "?
When a company's existing shares are divided into multiple shared resources is a division of shares.
