But that leads me to believe that they should have many good services for customers. Then King looked in trade. Have you heard about free lunch? One first must suspect why Zecco is offering 10 free operations and how they can make money, if offered for free? I have a Zecco account, they do not like it! Their customer service is "the worst." My experience: Do not hesitate to give incorrect information (see Joshuha). I know most of the representatives of Zecco customer service. You call, and find out! Why not try to Marsco.com (Cheaper than Zecco), or Scottrade (better Zecco), Ameritrade (Faster than Zecco), or E * Trade? They offer much better service, especially TD Ameritrade provides you with excellent service. Zecco has the worst service and free tools as well as it can not operate before the market or after hours, just in case if the needs.
