What is your opinion about Zecco online trading? Suspicious because of "free" trade and the phone no # 's.

I'd like to hear the experiences (good or bad) on Zecco. I just opened an account, and then began to have second thoughts before capitalization. If you do not believe that Zecco is a great place, what to choose? I have used before for an IRA Scottrade (Since then I have shot that counts along with my business plan). Scottrade was good, but I am interested in buying shares of the Toronto stock exchange and U.S. Securities and Scottrade charges around $ 30 per transaction for that. Suggestions?
